November Favourites - 2019

Apologies for the delay with my November 2019 Favourites post; you will be glad to hear that it is finally here! I have been working on this alongside Disney December, but decided since I was doing 30 days of Disney Posts I would prioritise that over this post. I can't believe that this is one of the last 2019 favourites posts I will be making! I hope you have enjoyed these monthly updates and I do plan to keep posting a favourites post every month throughout 2020 too!

Black Friday: The Musical by Team Starkid

 I absolutely love any show written and performed by Team Starkid, so it was inevitable that this show would end up on my favourite list at some point. I have been super hyped for Black Friday to come out ever since it was announced. However, unfortunately I cannot afford to fly over to America to watch this in person.

Luckily, Team Starkid are fabulous enough to film the show and sell a digital ticket to audiences. This is one of the only ways that they make money as a company, since the majority of their shows are posted onto Youtube for free (support small artists!). I decided to treat myself one day and buy the digital ticket and it was so worth it! The music in this show is flawless, and do I need to say anything about the choreography. As usual, Team Starkid have impressed and set their bar high! I do not want to speak too much about spoilers, but I will say that Lauren Lopez was definitley my favourite!

Beauty

American Cream Conditioner Bar - Lush

If you have been keeping up with my Favourites of 2019 series, you will know that I have tried out the bottled version of this conditioner. I loved this and it has become my favourite conditioner, not only has it really helped my hair look healthy but it also leaves it smeeling delightful for atleast the day after washing my hair! I found out that they offered a plastic free conditioner bar and I just had to buy it! I actually bought this when I was in London for my Disney Pre-Screen Interview, but I only managed to start using it in November and it is just as good as the bottled version, possibly even better as it lasts longer!

Frozen 2

It feels like I have been waiting forever to see this movie, but finally it came out in November and I saw it in its opening week! The first movie came out at a rather important time in my life, and I feel the same with this movie - it came out at the right time in my life. It is such a fantastic movie and is definitley one of the better Disney Sequels out there! It is not as good at the original movie, but I will argue that the music is much better in the second movie!

Other

The Theatre Cafe

This month, I found myself in London once again for another interview with Disney, and I was there for a full day (this was for an interview that would last an hour), so to kill some time I did something that I have always wanted to do but have never done in London - go to the Theatre Cafe. I had such an amazing time there, I visited myself and bought a Katherine Howard flavoured Milkshake (that sounds so weird out of context! Basically, they sell milkshakes that are themed around the musical Six and they are different colours for each queen and I bought the pink one (which was the Katherine Howard Milkshake). I believe they are all vanilla flavoured, but I really enjoyed it!) They have all sorts of other drinks themed to different shows and theatre puns, so I strongly recommend visiting if you find yourself in the area!

The Disney Office (Hammersmith, London)

As mentioned above, I got to visit the official Disney Office in Hammersmith for an interview, and honestly it was like a hidden Disneyland in the middle of London. I am not sure how much I can say about it here, but lets just say that I saw a Cinema room and many movie posters when being taken to the interview room. It is such an exciting place and I wish I could have taken more photos!

Mary Poppins Ears

I made my own Disney ears this month, and decided to use Mary Poppins themed fabric. I am very proud with how they look and have made many more since!
